An Act Creating Two Additional Positions of Assistant Provincial Fiscal in the Province of Misamis Oriental, Amending for the Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Administrative Code, as Amended.

AN ACT CREATING TWO ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION  1. The provisions of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative  to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Misamis Oriental, is further amended to read as  follows:
"Oriental Misamis, eight assistant provincial fiscals;"
SEC 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without Executive approval, June 15, 1968.
