AN ACT CREATING TWO ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL FOR THE PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUN­DRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Nueva Vizcaya, is further amended to read as follows:

"Nueva Vizcaya, five assistant provincial fiscals;"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without Executive approval, June 15, 1968.
