AN ACT AMENDING ITEM 9, FOR THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE, PAGE 547, GROUP II, UNDER LISTING B, SECTION TWO OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY-SIX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Item 9, for the Province of Leyte, page 547, Group II, under listing B, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Thirty-eight hundred forty-six is hereby amended to read as follows:
"9. Barrio School Building, Eyusan, AlmeriaSEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without Executive approval, June 17, 1967.
