AN ACT PROVIDING TWO ADDITIONAL POSITIONS FOR ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL FOR THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscal in the Province of Quezon, is further amended to read as follows:

"Quezon, nine assistant provincial fiscals;"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, June 17, 1967.
