An Act to Authorize the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office to Hold Annually a Lottery for the Benefit of the Philippine Rural Reconstruction Movement.

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE PHILIPPINE CHARITY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICE TO HOLD ANNUALLY A LOTTERY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PHILIPPINE RURAL RECONSTRUCTION MOVEMENT.



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office is hereby authorized to hold annually a lottery, and its total proceeds, after deducting the prizes and expenses as provided for in Republic Act Numbered Eleven hundred sixty-nine, as amended, shall be turned over to the Phil­ippine Rural Reconstruction Movement for its support and maintenance.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 19, 1965.
