AN ACT TO DECLARE THE SHORES AND TERRITORIAL WATERS OF LA UNION FROM AGOO TO DAMORTIS, LA UNION, A NATIONAL PARK.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any law or laws to the contrary, the shores and the territorial waters from Agoo, La Union, southward to Damortis, Rosario, La Union, inclusive,are hereby declared a national park.SEC. 2. Any mining operations present or future in this area is hereby prohibited.SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 19, 1965.
