REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3864 AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF ALLEN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNIC­IPALITY OF ALLEN, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, AND AUTHORIZING THE ADDITIONAL APPRO­PRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR. June 12, 1964

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:Section 1. The bed capacity of Allen Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Allen, Province of Samar, is hereby increased from twenty-five to fifty.Sec. 2. Additional sum necessary in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hun­dred thirty-nine is hereby authorized to be appropriated to carry out the purposes of this Act for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-five, in addition to its exist­ing appropriations. Thereafter, said sums shall be in­cluded in the annual General Appropriations Act.Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 12, 1964.
