REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3971 AN ACT APPROVING ANY ASSIGNMENT, SALE, AND TRANSFER OF THE FRANCHISE GRANTED TO RAFAEL CONSING UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN IN FAVOR OF MARCELINA S. AQUINO. June 18, 1964

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. Subject to the terms and conditions prescribed in Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred thirty-six, and the provisions of the   Constitution, approval is hereby given to any assignment, sale and transfer of the franchise granted to Rafael Consing to install, operate and maintain a telephone system in the Province of Agusan and the municipalities and municipal districts thereof, Republic Act Numbered Seven hundred fifty-seven, in favor of Marcelina S. Aquino, together  with all the property and equipment acquired thereunder.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 18, 1964.
