An Act Creating One Additional Position of Assistant Provincial Fiscal in the Province of Cagayan, Amending for the Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Administrative Code, as Amended.

AN ACT CREATING ONE ADDITIONAL POSITION OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Cagayan is further amended to read as follows:"Cagayan, six assistant provincial fiscals;SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 20, 1963.
