REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3787 AN ACT AMENDING CERTAIN ITEMS IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND ONE. June 22, 1963

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item 16, page 70, and sub-paragraph 32, for the City of Manila, paragraph c, Title B, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Two thousand seven hundred and one is hereby amended to read as follows:

"16. Governor Forbes Street, Sampaloc, from Lealtad Street to Laon-Laan Street Improvement of lighting system and equipment      P100,000.00"

SEC. 2. Item (c) page 481, Group III, sub-paragraph 31, for the City of Manila, paragraph c, Section two of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows:

"(c) Nicanor Reyes, Sampaloc, from Claro M. Recto Avenue to Espana Street Improvement of lighting system and equipment         P50,000.00"

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 22, 1963.
