REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3815 AN ACT TO FURTHER AMEND CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF BAGUIO SO AS TO PROVIDE A NEW SCHEDULE OF SALARIES OF ITS OFFICIALS. June 22, 1963

AN ACT TO FURTHER AMEND CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF BAGUIO SO AS TO PROVIDE A NEW SCHEDULE OF SALARIES OF ITS OFFICIALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Sections two thousand five hundred forty-five-A and two thousand five hundred sixty-one of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, are further amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 2545-A. The officials of the City shall receive the following salaries, payable from the funds of the city:
"(a)Mayor, fourteen thousand pesosper annum.
"(b)Vice-mayor, twelve thousand pesosper annum.
"(c)Members of the city council, seven thousand two hundred pesos eachper annum.
"(d)Judges of the municipal court, twelve thousand pesos eachper annum.
"(e)City treasurer, city engineer, city attorney, city health officer, city auditor, and chief of police, twelve thousand pesos eachper annum.
"(f)City assessor and superintendent of public utilities, twelve thousand pesos eachper annum.
"(g)Assistant city engineer, assistant city treasurer, the clerk of court of the municipal court, secretary of the mayor, the city secretary, assistant city health officer, assistant city auditor, assistant chief of police and the assistant city assessor, eight thousand four hundred pesos eachper annum
"SEC. 2561. The assistant city attorneys.—There shall be three assistant city attorneys who shall assist the city attorney as he shall direct. The assistant city attorneys shall receive the following compensation:
"(a)First assistant, nine thousand pesosper annum.SEC. 2. In addition to the rate of compensation provided herein the city officials concerned shall be entitled to free limited city services as provided for in the city ordinance regulating the use of free city services to city employees.SEC. 3. All the incumbent heads and assistant heads of offices and other officials mentioned in this Act occupying positions affected shall continue to occupy their respective positions and receive the salary increases herein provided without the necessity of any new appointment.SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 22, 1963.
"(b)Second assistant, seven thousand two hundred pesosper annum.
"(c)Third assistant, five thousand four hundred pesosper annum."
