AN ACT GRANTING PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP TO KHALIL KHODR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Khalil Khodr is hereby granted Philippine citizenship with all the rights, privileges and prerogatives appurtenant thereto:Provided, That this grant shall become effective upon Khalil Khodr taking an oath of allegiance to the Republic of the Philippines and executing a renunciation of his former citizenship, copies of which shall be recorded in the civil registrar's office in Butuan City:Provided, further,That the citizenship herein granted carries with it all the duties and responsibilities incident to such citizenship.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 16, 1962.
