AN ACT GRANTING PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP TO MIGUEL AGORILLA
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Miguel Agorilla is hereby granted Philippine citizenship with all the rights, privileges and prerogatives appurtenant thereto:Provided, That this grant shall become effective upon Miguel Agorilla taking an oath of allegiance to the Republic of the Philippines and executing a renunciation of his former citizenship, copies of which shall be recorded in the civil registrar's office in the locality of his residence:Provided, further, That the citizenship herein granted carries with it all the duties and responsibilities incident to such citizenship.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 16, 1962.
