AN ACT TO AMEND ITEM (13), PAGE 208, SECTION THREE, TITLE (A), SUB-PARAGRAPH (C) OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIXTEEN HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Item (13), page 208, Section three, Title (A), sub-paragraph (c) of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirteen is amended to read as follows:
"(13) Pototan Social Hall and Gymnasium. P 100,000.00"SEC 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 8, 1961.
