REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3033 AN ACT CONVERTING THE PUERICULTURE CENTER IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALINOG, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, INTO A MATERNITY AND CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL. June 17, 1961

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The Calinog Puericulture Center in the Municipality of Calinog, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into a maternity and   children's hospital to be known as the Calinog Maternity and Children's Hospital.SEC. 2. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the construction of the necessary buildings and purchase of equipment.SEC. 3. The maternity and children's hospital established under this Act shall be financed in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred and thirty-nine.SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 17, 1961.
