AN ACT PROVIDING MINIMUM COMPENSATION FOR CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE CITY POLICE FORCE OF THE CITY OF CEBU, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION THIRTY-FIVE OF COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED FIFTY-EIGHT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Section thirty-five of Commonwealth Act Numbered Fifty-eight is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new paragraph:
"The following members of the City Police Force shall receive minimum compensation at the following rates:
"Patrolmen and Patrolmen Detectives | P2,160.00 per annum |

"Corporals and Corporal Detectives | 2,280.00 per annum |
"Sergeants and Sergeant Detectives | 2,400.00 per annum |
