AN ACT CREATING TWO ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Quezon, is further amended to read as follows:
"Quezon, five assistant provincial fiscals;"SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 17, 1961.
