AN ACT TO AMEND REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED EIGHTEEN HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE, ENTITLED "AN ACT GRANTING THE TAGUM AGRICUL-TURAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, INC., A TEMPORARY PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN AND OPERATE PRIVATE FIXED POINT-TO-POINT AND LAND-BASED RADIO STATIONS FOR THE RECEPTION AND TRANSMISSION OF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WITHIN THE PHILIPPINES."
Be it enacted by the Senate and, liouse of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. Section six of Republic Act Numbered Eighteen hundred forty-five is hereby repealed.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 17, 1961.
