REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3288 AN ACT TO AMEND CERTAIN ITEMS OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED ONE. June 18, 1961

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item (cu) on page 255, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred one is amended to read as follows:

"(cu) Pook-Biasong Road, Talisay, Cebu   P5,000.00."

SEC. 2. Item (cv) on page 255, Section one of the same Act is amended to read as follows:

"(cv) Lawaan-Maghaway Road, Talisay, Cebu           P5,000.00."

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1961.
