AN ACT CREATING THE POSITION OF ONE ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL FOR THE PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, REENACTING FOR THE PURPOSE THE TWENTY-SIXTH SUBPARAGRAPH OF THE FIRST PARAGRAPH OF SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The twenty-sixth subparagraph of the first paragraph of Section sixteen hundred and seventy-four of the Administrative Code is hereby reenacted and shall read as follows:
"Antique, one assistant provincial fiscal;"SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1961.
