AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF MANLABANG IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAIBIRAN, SUB-PROVINCE OF BILIRAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The sitios of Manlabang, Jubasan, Balilid and Toril in the Municipality of Caibiran, Sub-province of Biliran, Province of Leyte, are constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Manlabang.SEC 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1961.
