AN ACT FURTHER AMENDING SECTION ELEVEN OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CALBAYOG.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The last paragraph of Section eleven of Republic Act Numbered Three hundred twenty-eight, as amended, is further amended to read as follows:

"The members of the Municipal Board shall each receive a salary of two thousand four hundred pesosper annum:Provided, however,That they shall not be entitled to collect any per diems and travelling allowances when per-forming their duties within the city."SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 18, 1960.
