AN ACT TO AMEND ITEM (aa), UNDER GROUP 7, BATANES, SECTION 2-d, PAGE 350 OF REPUBLIC ACT -NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED ONE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Item (aa), under Group 7, Batanes, Section 2-d, page 350 of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred one is hereby amended to read as follows:

"(aa) For drilling and construction of artesian wells in the Municipality of Basco P10.000.00."SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
