AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF SIMBAHAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CASIGURAN, PROVINCE OF QUEZON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The sitios of Mabudo, Simbahan, Talagas and Abulig are hereby separated from the barrio of Dinalungan in the Municipality of Casiguran, Province of Quezon, and are constituted into a distinct and independent barrio to be known as the barrio of Simbahan.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
