AN ACT AMENDING ITEM (5), UNDER "d. BATAAN," PARAGRAPH 2, TITLE G, SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Item (5) under "d. Bataan," paragraph 2, Title G, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred is amended to read as follows:
"(5) Abucay Communal Irrigation System, (Labangan River)
SECTION 1. Item (5) under "d. Bataan," paragraph 2, Title G, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred is amended to read as follows:
"(5) Abucay Communal Irrigation System, (Labangan River)
Construction of diversion works P15,000.00"
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
