AN ACT REAPPROPRIATING CERTAIN SUMS APPROPRIATED IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED NINETEEN HUNDRED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The sum appropriated in item (k), page 109, subparagraph 48, for the Province of Sorsogon, paragrapha, Title B, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred, to wit:

"(k) Dancalan-Pangpang-Gimagaan-Vinisitahan-Tinanogan-Sibago-San Rafael-Sta. Cruz Road, Donsol—is hereby reappropriated for the construction of the Donsol-Banuangurang-Javellar Road, Municipality of Donsol, Province of Sorsogon.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.Construction P20, 000.00"
