AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF HAGICHIKAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF LEYTE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The sitios of Hagichikan, Bagakay, Hubasan, Cambonot and Gisok in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Leyte, are constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality to be known as the barrio of Hagichikan.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without executive approval, May 7, 1959.
