AN ACT CONVERTING THE SITIO OF OBAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF POLANCO, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, INTO A BARRIO TO BE KNOWN AS BARRIO OBAY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The sitio of Obay in the Municipality of Polanco, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, is converted into a barrio to be known as Barrio Obay.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without executive approval, June 21, 1959.
