AN ACT CONSTITUTING THE SITIOS OF KAY-POO, NABILING, KAHAWANAN, APARTAHAN AND KALIMPAY IN THE BARRIO OF TIGWI, MUNICI­PALITY OF TORRIJOS, PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE, INTO A SEPARATE BARRIO TO BE KNOWN AS THE BARRIO OF KAWAYANAN.



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The sitios of Kay-Poo, Nabiling, Kahawanan, Apartahan and Kalimpay in the barrio of Tigwi, Munici­pality of Torrijos, Province of Marinduque, are hereby constituted into a separate barrio of the said municipality to be known as the barrio of Kawayanan.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without executive approval, June 21, 1959.
