AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF BAGACAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAPINIG, PROVINCE OF SAMAR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The sitios of Kajaguekjekan and Lobok in the Municipality of Lapinig, Province of Samar, are reby constituted into a barrio in the said municipality to be known as the barrio of Bagacay.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without executive approval, April 7, 1959.
