REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1758 AN ACT TO AMEND CERTAIN ITEMS OF REPUBLIC ACTS NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED, FOURTEEN HUNDRED ELEVEN AND SIXTEEN HUNDRED THIRTEEN. June 21, 1957

AN ACT TO AMEND CERTAIN ITEMS OF REPUBLIC ACTS NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED, FOURTEEN HUNDRED ELEVEN AND SIXTEEN HUNDRED THIRTEEN.



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item (39), page two hundred one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is hereby amended to read as follows:

"(39) Cainta public plaza, including purchase of site ...........................   P5,000.00"

SEC. 2. Item (c), page three hundred twenty of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is hereby amended to read as follows:

“(c) Drilling  artesian well in Ganutan Cardona ..................................        P l,000"

SEC. 3. item (d), page one hundred twenty-nine of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred eleven is hereby amended to read as follow:

"(d) Cainta public plaza, including purchase of site ...........................   P 5,000.00"

SEC. 4. Item 52, page one hundred ninety-one of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred thirteen, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"52. Acquisition and repair of Juan Sumulong Memorial High School building for use as annex of the Central Elementary  School Taytay .....................
                   P10,000"
SEC. 5. Item (3), page two hundred, eighty-eight of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is hereby amended to read as follows: 
"(3)-aConstruction or improvement of San Joaquin-Calawaan road Pasig, Rizal ...........
                   P10,000"
"(3)-bAsphalt paving of A. Mabini street, Marikina, Rizal ..........................................

SEC. 6. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 21, 1957.
