AN ACT TO FURTHER AMEND SECTION TWENTY OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF DAVAO.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Section twenty of Commonwealth Act Numbered Fifty one, otherwise known as the Charter of the City of Davao, as amended by Republic Act Numbered Thirteen hundred sixty-eight, is further amended to read as follows:

"SEC. 20.The Assistant City Attorneys.—The city attorney shall have five assistants who shall each receive a compensation as follows: the first assistant, three thousand nine hundred sixty pesos; the second assistant, three thousand seven hundred twenty pesos; the third assistant, three thousand four hundred eighty pesos; the fourth assistant, three thousand three hundred pesos; and the fifth assistant, three thousand one hundred twenty pesos."SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 20, 1957.
