AN ACT AMENDING CERTAIN ITEMS OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Items (3) and (28), sub-paragraphq, paragraph three, title A, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, are hereby amended to read as follows:
SEC. 2. Item (13), sub-paragraphq, paragraph four, title A, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. Insert as item (98), sub-paragraphq, paragraph three, title A, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, the following:
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 21, 1957.
SECTION 1. Items (3) and (28), sub-paragraphq, paragraph three, title A, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, are hereby amended to read as follows:
| "(3) Repair and improvement of Central School and Home Economics Buildings, Ginatilan | P10,000.00 |
| "(28) Construction of one additional room, Oslob Elementary School Building, Oslob | 5,000.00" |
SEC. 2. Item (13), sub-paragraphq, paragraph four, title A, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. Insert as item (98), sub-paragraphq, paragraph three, title A, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, the following:
