Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Item (a), page eighty-six, group IV, subparagraph twenty-eight, for the City of Manila, paragraph"f,"section two of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven, is amended to read as follows:
