AN ACT AMENDING CERTAIN ITEMS IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FOURTEEN HUNDRED ELEVEN, ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS."
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Item (c) under (45) Romblon, paragraph f, section two of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven is amended to read as follows:
SEC. 3. Project No. G-044.2, title G, appendix A of the same Act is amended to read as follows:
SECTION 1. Item (c) under (45) Romblon, paragraph f, section two of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven is amended to read as follows:
"(c) Gabawan-Odiongan High School CommunalSEC. 2. Item (k) under (45) Romblon, paragraphf, section two of the same Act is repealed.
Irrigation System Completion P 12,000.00"
SEC. 3. Project No. G-044.2, title G, appendix A of the same Act is amended to read as follows:
G-044.2: Gabawan-Odiongan High SchoolSEC. 4. Project No. G-045.9, title G, appendix A of the same Act is amended to read as follows:
Communal Irrigation System :GR: 90 :15: :15 : : : : :75: : : 8 : : Construction of diversion works; and canal; 300 hectares."
"G-045.9: Concepcion Communal IrrigationSEC. 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 22, 1957.
