REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1976 AN ACT AMENDING ITEM (e), UNDER (17) CEBU, SUBSECTION f, AND ITEM TEN, UNDER CEBU, SUBSECTION g, SECTION TWO OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIXTEEN HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN. June 22, 1957

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item (e), under (17)  Cebu, group III, subsection f, section two of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirteen, is amended to read as follows:

"(e) Tabunoc Primary School building Talisay—
Construction of one additional room                                     P6,000.00"

SEC. 2. Item ten, under Cebu, subsectiong, section two of the same Act, is amended to read as follows:

"10. Central-upland Elementary School Building,
Carcar—Repair, improvement and painting                              2,500.00
 
  "10-a. Home Economics building, Carcar—Repair, improvement and painting                                            2,500.00"

SEC 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 22, 1957.
