REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1461 AN ACT TO AMEND CERTAIN ITEMS IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FOURTEEN HUNDRED ELEVEN, REGARDING PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS FOR THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL. June 14, 1956

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item (h), Group I, paragraph thirty-seven, subsection f, section two of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven, is amended to read as follows:

"(h) La Libertad Waterworks Improvement

P10,000.00."

SEC. 2. Item eight, under caption "Other Buildings," for the Province of Negros Oriental, under subsection g, section two of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven, is amended to read as follows:

"8. Public Market, La Libertad

P4,000.00"

SEC. 3. Items twenty-five, forty, forty-one and forty-two, Group I, paragraph aj, section three of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven, are amended to read as follows:

"25. Manjuyod Central School
Building—
Construction of five rooms	5,000.00."
"40. San Jose School Building, San Jose Construction of one room	5,000.00."
"41. Tubod Barrio School Building, Manjuyod—
Construction of one room	5,000.00."
"42. Cambaloctot Barrio School Building San Jose—
Construction of one room	5,000.00."

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 14, 1956.
