REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1464 AN ACT AMENDING ITEM ONE, SUBPARAGRAPH i, UNDER PROVINCIAL CAPITOLS, PARAGRAPH FOUR, SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED. June 14, 1956

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item one, subparagraph i, paragraph four, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is amended to read as follows:

"1. Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Capitol—(1)

Construction   of   Annex   to

Office  of  Provincial  Governor…………………………….    P5,000.00."

SEC. 2. Insert the following item as Item seven, sub-paragraph am, paragraph four, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred to compensate for the deletion in the preceding section:

"(7)  Diffun Municipal Town Hall

Construction………………………… ………………..     P10,000.00."

SEC. 3   This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
