AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF MASARA IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MABINI, PROVINCE OF DAVAO.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled;SECTION 1. The following territory is created as a barrio in the Municipality of Mabini, Province of Davao, to be known as the barrio of Masara. It shall be bounded on the North by the Compostela boundary; on the South by mountain ranges; on the West by sitio Panibasan; and on the East by the Municipality of Caraga.Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 16, 1955.
