AN ACT TO CREATE THE BARRIO OF BAGSAC IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MADRID, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The sitio of Bagsac in the Municipality of Madrid, Province of Surigao, is hereby constituted into barrio in the same municipality, to be known as Bagsac.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 16, 1955.
