AN ACT TO AMEND SUB-ITEMS ONE TO SIXTEEN OF ITEM (d) FOR THE PROVINCE OF SAMAR, SUB-SECTION (e), TITLE B, SECTION ONE, REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED NINE HUNDRED AND TWENTY, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PUBLIC WORKS ACT OF NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY-THREE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Sub-items one to sixteen of Item (d) for the Province of Samar, sub-section (e), Title B, section one of Republic Act Numbered Nine hundred and twenty, otherwise known as the Public Works Act of nineteen hundred and fifty-three, are hereby amended to read as follows:
