AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF PAGKILATAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BATANGAS, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The sitio of Pagkilatan is separated from the barrio of Matoco, municipality of Batangas, Province of Batangas, and constituted into a barrio in the said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Pagkilatan. SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 20, 1953.
