AN ACT REPEALING SECTION TEN OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FIFTY-SIX
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. Section ten of Republic Act Numbered Fifty-six is hereby repealed.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, March 14, 1949.
