EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 45 AMENDING EXECUTIVE NO. 36, SERIES OF 1963, CREATING THE LOANS AND INVESTMENT COUNCIL August 19, 1963

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Executive Order No. 36, series of 1963, creating the Loans and Investment Council as follows:

1. Paragraph 1 is hereby amended to read as follows:

“1. The Council shall have the following composition:

Secretary of Finance	Chairman
Secretary of Commerce & Industry	Member
Chairman, National Economic Council	Member
Director-General, Program Implementation Agency	Member
Governor of the Central Bank	Member
Chairman of the Development Bank of the Philippines	Member
President of the Philippine National Bank	Member
General Manager of the Government Service Insurance System	Member
Administrator of the Social Security System	Member
Chairman of the Reparations Commission	Member

Done in the City of Manila, this 19th day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-three.
