EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 38 AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 118, DATED JUNE 22, 1955, CREATING A COMMITTEE TO SCREEN AND AID DESERVING SQUATTERS AND NEW SETTLERS IN ORIENTAL MINDORO April 08, 1963

The first paragraph of Executive Order No. 118, dated June 22, 1955, is hereby amended to read as follows:

“For the purpose of screening squatters and would-be settlers in Oriental Mindoro to determine who are deserving of assistance in the allocation of lots in subdivisions of the Bureau of Lands, a committee is hereby created composed of the following:

1. The District Land Officer	Chairman
2. The District Forester	Member
3. The Provincial Commander	Member
4. The Superintendent of the NARRA Project, Oriental Mindoro	Member
5. A representative of the President of the Philippines	Member
6. A representative of the Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro	Member
7. The Chairman, Provincial Agricultural Council	Member
8. The President, Calapan Rotary Club	Member
9. The President, Calapan Women’s Club	Member
10. The Social Worker incharge	Member.”

This Order shall take effect immediately.

Done in the City of Manila, this 8th day of April, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-three.
