Declaring Thursday, 10 September 2026, a Special (Non-Working) Day in the Province of Quirino

WHEREAS,on 10 September 2026, Thursday, the Province of Quirino will mark the celebration of its 55^thFounding Anniversary; 

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Quirino be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,  do hereby declare Thursaday, 10 September 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Quirino.
