DECLARING TUESDAY, 31 MARCH 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PANABO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE
WHEREAS,on 31 March 2026, Tuesday, the City of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte, will mark the celebration of its 25thFounding Anniversary;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Panabo be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I,RALPH G. RECTO,Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Tuesday, 31 March 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte.
