PROCLAMATION NO. 1188 DECLARING TUESDAY, 31 MARCH 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF HIMAMAYLAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL March 09, 2026

WHEREAS,on 31 March 2026, Tuesday, its City of Himamaylan, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of  Himamaylan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,RALPH G. RECTO ,Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Tuesday, 31 March 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Himamaylan, Province of Negros Occidental.
