DECLARING TUESDAY, 21 JULY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MABALACAT, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA
WHEREAS,on 21 July 2026, Tuesday, the City of Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga will mark the celebration of its 14thCityhood Anniversary;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Mabalacat be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFOR, I, RALPH G. RECTO,Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Tuesday, 21 July 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga.
