Declaring Thursday, 23 July 2026, a Special (Non-Working) Day in the City of Batangas, Province of Batangas

WHEREAS,on 23 July 2026, Thursday, the City of Batangas, Province of Batangas will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the  City of Batangas be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFOR, I, RALPH G. RECTO,Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Thursday, 23 July 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Batangas, Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
